If you have any problems with your keychains that you bought from us during either Sakura Con or Aki Con (especially the last Sakura con, we noticed that the lamination for the Malik re-runs were not strong enough) YOU CAN EXCHANGE IT FOR A NEW ONE AT AKI CON, so please do not throw the product away as it will be proof of your purchase and we will absolutely exchange that keychain for a new one. Do note that this is only for problems with the merchandise itself, like lamination pealing, and that we won't replace a keychain if for example, your dog was chewing on it. Though if you're really keen on it and sing for us a memorized passage from Hamlet, sure. Let us know in a email to me kittyjohl@hotmail.com or in a note bellow and we will bring new keychains of the kind you need to replace in case we don't get a booth since we're still on the waiting list.
